For all of our serviced buffets we provide uniformed and professional staff. We also provide the buffet table and tablecloth; crockery, cutlery, utensils and all catering equipment required to present and serve your meal to our high standards. For spitroast meals we arrive approx 1 hour prior to your main course. For BBQ's we arrive up to 2.5 hours prior to your main course. For suppers arrival time varies depending on menu requirements.

Whilst we would love to say that our hangi are cooked in a hole in the ground, we can't. But we can say that our method of hangi cooking will provide you with the most authentic flavors, taste and textures. Whilst we can't let you know all the details of how we do it, we can say that we cook above ground in a custom made hangi cooker and use our own blend of seasonings to give the food that traditional hangi taste. And regardless of the hangi menu chosen you can be assured that all these menus have been upsized to provide a generous potion for the heartiest of eaters.

Let us know early on if you are looking for a main course only and we can upsize or add side dishes on to the tables for you.

We have put together a fantastic range of menus for you. Our range is growing all the time, so if you can't find what you are looking for then let us know and we will put together a special menu - just for you. As with all our catering we aim to keep our pricing sharp and transparent, that's why you will find all our plated meal pricing includes all the cutlery, crockery, kitchen team and wait staff. On site kitchen and cooking facilities are required for these menus. We are happy to quote on hiring in facilities if required.

All guests receive the same meal; this is the most cost effective service type and allows us to offer the best value for money.
Alternate Drop -
The alternate drop style of service is the preferred style of service for larger groups. Every second guest receives one option and every other guest receives the other option. Guests are welcome to swap amongst themselves. By using this style of service we are able to offer the best price to you and still have variety for your guests.
Set menu -
For set menus each guest gets to select there preferred meal from the menu that the organiser has chosen. This offers the 'best' level of service to guests; please note that the cost increases with the number of choices available for each course.

Our innovative table buffets bring the food to you! Just as the name suggests we bring a selection of all the menu items to every table for guests to help themselves to what they choose. Every table is provided with the same selection of food. As well as plates and cutlery we do of course supply all the serving platters and utensils required at each table. On site kitchen and cooking facilities are required for these menus. We are happy to quote on hiring in facilities if required.


Beverages

We provide everything from a good range of drinks through to the ice and glassware. Our team will serve your guests from the bar, Our team will also collect glassware, restock bar and clear glassware and emptys from guest tables.

We can run this bar service as a cash bar or as a tab to be settled on account.

Drinks
Selection of beers, wine, non alcoholic drinks, basic spirit selection. Other choices by arrangement.

We can provide bar staff for you to serve (not sell) your own beverages.

- We can hire you all your glassware and bar equipment.
- We can chill your beverages for you.
- We can arrange a chiller for onsite, or provide you with ice and ice boxes.
- We can dispose of rubbish for you.

Margaritas
Ask about adding on Mike's Marvelous Margaritas - we provide everything from our own blend of margarita, cocktail glasses, wee umbrellas and straws. Crushed ice and an awesome ice bowl.
