Southern Spice Grinders are created by the Chefs at Kiwi Cuisine. They were initially used to provide a lasting and useful gift to give to our most valued clients.
We developed a range of 4 different flavours – each based on one of the seasonings that we use in our catering business.
After receiving so many great comments from our clients we have now added 2 more flavours to the range and made them available for all to purchase from us as a refillable grinder (can be refilled up to 4 times) or in handy refill pack.
Our Southern Spices can be purchased for $35 from our office at 269 Hills Road Christchurch or if you make contact with us we can post or courier them to you for an extra delivery cost.

A great all round seasoning - use instead of table salt particularly good with eggs, mushroom dishes, fresh tomato, and pasta dishes.
Awesome with all lamb dishes.
Apply generously over a nice lamb leg prior to roasting, use to season lamb mince for great lamb burgers. Also great for seasoning fresh green salad.

Great with venison steaks.

With a delicate blend of fennel our Kaikoura blend is awesome with fish - baked, poached or fried.
Be generous with this one - on your chicken before roasting, on chunky potato wedges. Equally great on pork spare ribs.
