Plated Meals

Available for 40+ people

All of our main meals are good-sized meals, which are designed to be part of a 3-course menu. Let us know early on if you are looking for a main course only and we can upsize or add side dishes on to the tables for you.

On site kitchen and cooking facilities are required for these menus. We are happy to quote on hiring in facilities if required. All our plated meal menus are priced inclusive of GST and quotes are given inclusive of service staff, crockery and cutlery.

Service Styles for plated meals

All for one
All guests receive the same meal; this is the most cost effective service type and allows us to offer the best value for money.

Alternate Drop
The alternate drop style of service is the preferred style of service for larger groups. Every second guest receives one option and every other guest receives the other option. Guests are welcome to swap amongst themselves.

By using this style of service we are able to offer the best price to you and still have variety for your guests.

Set menu
For set menus each guest gets to select their preferred meal from the menu that the organiser has chosen.

This offers the ‘best’ level of service to guests; please note that the cost increases with the number of choices available for each course.

Entrée
Vodka cured salmon, micro greens, lemon yoghurt and sourdough croutes
Seared beef carpaccio, rocket, parmesan and capers.

Main
Roast Canterbury lamb rump, potato gratin, feta stuffed baby capsicum, green
beans and jus
Chorizo stuffed chicken breast, bacon, grilled polenta,
warm Mediterranean vegetables and a capsicum sauce

Dessert
Lemon posset, shortbread and raspberries
Baileys & kahlua cheesecake, praline cream and a tuille wafer
